Cancellation Policy - Cally Laura Beauty operates a 48 hour cancellation policy or to reschedule an appointment. If less than 48 hours is given then this will result in a 50% cancellation fee. Please understand that if less than 48 hours is given then this is not enough time to fill an appointment once cancelled. If an appointment is cancelled more than once then the below will apply, a booking fee will be charged to secure your next appointment booked. (48 hours policy applies except for on the same day cancellations).

No show/cancellations - On the day no show clients will be expected to pay 100% of the treatment cost. A 100% charge is applicable for on the same day cancellations.

Please note that amending any appointments or cancelling part of your treatments on the same day will result in a 100% charge due to being unable to fill the space. If you would like to cancel a treatment off your booking or change something then please give at least 48 hours notice or more if possible.

Appointments booked within 24 hours of the treatment date. 

If you have booked your appointment within 24 hours and you cannot make your appointment, please cancel 4 hours prior to your appointment time.

Failure to do so will result in a cancellation charge of 50% of the treatment amount.

Booking fee - All clients must pay a deposit to secure your appointment for your first treatment with me. The booking fee will be taken off the treatment price at the end of your appointment. This booking fee is NON REFUNDABLE.

The booking fee below is applicable if treatments are cancelled more than once to secure your next new booking.

When booking a treatment with

Cally Laura Beauty, please note that

the minimum booking spend is £20

due to this being a mobile business.

Any treatments under £20 will need

to be paired with another

treatment either totalling £20 or

more.

Covid-19 - If you have a forthcoming appointment and are experiencing COVID 19 symptoms such as: high temperature, cough, sore throat, loss of taste/smell, or if you have tested positive then please contact me for your appointment to be rearranged. 

Patch testing - Prior to any eyebrow/eyelash tinting or lash lift appointment, you will be required to book in for a patch test 24 hours before.

Payment - Payment must be made on the same day, after you have received your treatments. This is accepted either via cash or bank transfer.

Nails - Please note that all nail work performed by Cally Laura Beauty needs to be done over bare nails. Soak offs or infills will not be done after a previous Beauty Therapists work of Gel or BIAB (Builder in a bottle) on your nails. This will need to be removed by either yourself or your previous Therapist before an appointment with me. This is due to different brands of products being used and cross contamination.
I do not offer nail extensions and will not offer any form of Acrylic nails or soak off Acrylic nails.
